As centre manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the centre operates as a high-performing centre based on quality and genuine interactions between staff, children and family. You’ll need to be a real people-person, with experience of building and maintaining strong team, community and parent relations. You will role model excellent leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating others to do the same. Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for meeting administrative expectations, compliance requirements and striving to achieve financial performance targets.
