The successful applicant will need to be child-focused and passionate about teaching and learning. You will see yourself as a learner, be collaborative in your approach and ready for an exciting opportunity. You will also have a strong literacy and numeracy base using formative assessment and digital technology with a sound understanding of the NZC.
