Teach at the beach!

We are a full primary on Northland's Tutukaka Coast boasting a stunning beachside location. We have created a unique new position for 2019 which is an extension of our current EarthEd programme. We are now seeking an energetic, vibrant teacher with a passion for ecology, to join our dynamic team.

While this position will be fixed-term for 2019, it has definite contract extension opportunities, permanent possibilities and other flexible employment conditions for the right candidate.

The successful applicant must have an obvious passion for environmental education with science strengths, be an excellent communicator and have the ability to maintain and build on our unique EarthEd programme and comprehensive community engagement networks. They must also have the ability to work collaboratively, teaching across all levels of the school. This position comes with a comprehensive induction package including co-teaching and mentoring support.
