We are looking for a curriculum leader to support our professional and capable team of teachers and their head teacher in achieving educational successes for children.

Your key responsibilities will be to work closely with the head teacher and teaching staff to support:

  • Programme planning
  • Curriculum development
  • Learning stories
  • Self-assessment
  • Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure licensing standards and criteria are met
  • Communicating with parents
  • Working on the floor with children, as required.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

  • You will have a genuine warmth, care and passion for children
  • Supportive team member who enjoys growth, change and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experienced and confident in programme planning
  • ECE teacher's certification in NZ with a strong understanding of the Te Whāriki curriculum
  • Fluency in a language other than English (e.g. te reo, Mandarin, Korean).
