We require a passionate, innovative drama and dance teacher from the beginning of 2019 to cover study leave for the first six months of the year. Ideally you will be able to teach students up to NCEA level and have a strong track record of ensuring every student succeeds.

When applying please give details of any additional subjects you are able to teach, to what levels and your experience.

Working collaboratively with other teachers in the school, you must be committed to raising Māori achievement and restorative practices, be willing to participate in a culturally responsive context, and contribute to the extra and co-curricular life of our school.

The college is situated in a semirural community that is seeing significant development and our school roll is expected to grow as a result. We are within easy commuting distance of south Auckland and Hamilton, and we are just 5 minutes from SH1. The highway near Te Kauwhata is currently being upgraded to dual carriageway which will speed up journeys to local towns and cities once it has been completed.

Only applicants with NZ teacher registration will be considered.
