We are a centrally located school with a roll of 630. Originally started in 1864, we are one of New Zealand’s oldest schools and feature beautiful buildings and a great student population.
Our culture is based around our values: Ako – we learn together, Manaakitanga – we care for each other, Kaitiakitanga – we care for the environment, Whanaungatanga – we respect each other, Rangatiratanga – our best always
Our approach to education is that we are here to do the very best we can for each student who comes in our gate. There is a commitment to self and school growth and development so we can be the best teachers we can be.
We are currently looking for a number of whānau leaders to join our school leadership team.
The roles will predominantly be to lead a group of teachers with the same year level. These new positions are supported by current leaders and teachers. The positions will attract 2 units.
