We are a small community-based EC centre located in Ranui who is currently under new management.
Our centre celebrates multicultural diversity in early childhood which encourages open, caring and responsive relationships with our community that makes it possible for our children to explore, experiment, learn and grow in a safe environment. We encourage learning through play which allows children to foster their curiosity while encouraging cooperation and supporting friendships in a play-based learning environment.

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated educator with an understanding of biculturalism and how to implement that understanding into practice. Must be qualified and registered (full or provisional) to inspire and be part of a great dedicated team.
The successful candidate will need to have:
A recognised BEd/Dip Tch (ECE) as well as full or provisional registration
The ability to work well in a team and with a wide range of people
The ability to identify children’s unique strengths and interests
Sound knowledge of ECE legislation, standards, policies, and procedures that impact on the centre and programming
Excellent communication and time management skills
Be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic with initiative and common sense.
