We are looking for a team leader in our Hikuawa Room for children 2 to 3½-years-old where children are starting their learning journey. Knowledge of the dispositions for learning, positive guidance and empathy for the unique developmental stage of this age group is essential.

We are a new centre in Flagstaff, Hamilton, with 3 stage-specific rooms. The successful candidate will have experience mentoring a team to build capabilities, using inquiry as appraisal and actualising ideas from vision to reality. You must be a people person, able to foster a positive team culture and be able to effectively work with parents.
