Inspire teaching staff to improve support literacy and numeracy in adult agriculture students.

In this rewarding role you will work alongside and mentor the college training manager and trainers, as well as help build capacity at an organisational level through developing college-wide policies and promoting adult education, literacy and numeracy.

You will focus on actively up-skilling staff at VAC through a range of avenues, including running train-the-trainer courses and integrating ICT into VAC courses.

Your ability to help make informed decisions on the implementation of strategic plans, policies and processes will be valued, and help the lasting success of your work with VAC.

  • Significant teaching experience in a post-school or adult education setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult literacy, numeracy and curriculum development
