Located in the heart of Christchurch, the Arts Centre is New Zealand's largest collection of Category 1 heritage buildings. Rutherford’s Den is located in the iconic clock tower and is in the actual rooms where Ernest, Lord Rutherford studied.

We require an experienced NZ registered teacher with a science background, to tell the story of NZ's most famous scientist via a MOE funded Learning Experiences Outside the Classroom programme (LEOTC). Our stimulating science and social science programmes have links to the curriculum for Y1–13. 

This position is part-time, 16 hours per week, working with another part-time educator.
