We are seeking a NZ registered teacher to teach te reo Māori and be head the Māori whānau. He/she must have a good understanding of the NZ Curriculum (Te Aho Arataki Marau) and Tikanga Māori. The successful applicant will be managing Māori affairs at the school and will serve as cultural leader of the whānau. The candidate must be willing to be involved in extracurricular activities (cultural and pastoral). Must be able to teach te reo Māori up to NCEA Level 1–3. Please mention other subjects able to teach.

This position is from the beginning of term 1, 2018 to be negotiated.
