We require a passionate and innovative teacher for our PE and health learning area from the start of 2018. Applicants should have a strong track record of providing engaging learning and ensuring every student succeeds. You must be able to teach PE and health studies up to NCEA Level 3 and other subjects would be an advantage. There may be an opportunity for a deanship in 2018.
Working collaboratively with teachers in other learning areas, you must be committed to raising Māori achievement and restorative practices, be willing to participate in a culturally responsive context and contribute to the extra/co-curricular life of our school.
We are situated in a semirural community which is experiencing significant growth. We are within easy commuting distance of South Auckland and Hamilton and our school is just 5 minutes from SH1. School housing may be available.
Only applicants with NZ teacher registration will be considered.
