Across Auckland, there are hungry young minds ready to be fed with knowledge, so we want qualified educators to serve up only the very best to our children.
To meet the grade, you must possess the following:
Newly graduated or hold provisional or full teacher certifications with a high level of spoken and written English.
A willingness to establish and maintain positive, reciprocal relationships with children, parents and the wider community.
A genuine passion and respect for working with multicultural environments, with an understanding of biculturalism and how to implement that understanding into practice. This also includes an understanding of Te Whāriki, Tātaiako, and all other MOE publications.
Experience and knowledge of internal evaluation and individual learning assessment.
NZ residency or NZ citizenship.
Our objective is to provide personalised care and education as we believe each child has their unique strengths and needs. Our professionally trained staff are well equipped to fulfil this objective, leading by example to support their growth.
If that sounds like you and you would like to work for a company that appreciates its teachers for the amazing work they do through ongoing in-house support, competitive remuneration packages and the benefits of watching children grow and develop in your care, then what are you waiting for?
