We are seeking an innovative, collaborative educator who is passionate about teaching and learning, to work with students that require support to realise their potential. In our school we work to provide learning opportunities that give learners choice and agency, while still gaining necessary skills, knowledge and developing dispositions that are positive for progress.

  • Working with teachers to support learners in mainstream classes
  • Working with senior school leaders to develop student pathways for success
  • Developing and delivering learning programmes for students who require additional support in a way that is responsive to their learning needs
  • Supporting the development of inclusive learning assistants to ensure they have the relevant skills to support our learners.

We are a restorative practices school and believe strongly in building and enhancing positive professional relationships with young people.

While this is initially a 0.6 role there may be possibility of this role becoming full-time with our expected roll growth.
