In 2016 our deputy principal left to travel, and the senior leader moved up to that position and a senior team member moved into leading the senior team for 2017. The same thing happened with a maternity leave position, and a junior team member moved into leading the junior team. Now both of those senior positions are being advertised as permanent positions, as per the requirements set out in the collective.
We require highly skilled, innovative and creative, well mentored leaders. The staff in leadership roles contribute to the full senior leadership team. They are highly skilled and capable classroom teachers with a genuine passion for students learning.
