Lincoln Hospitality Ltd (LHL) is a subsidiary of Lincoln University providing hospitality, accommodation, recreation and childcare services to students, staff, visitors to campus and a range of external organisations. Lincoln Hospitality Ltd offers a busy and motivating environment to work in with over 100 employees.
We are looking for a motivated and suitably experienced childcare centre supervisor to lead our childcare and preschool facility based on site.
With current enrolments exceeding 50 and a staff of dedicated and competent teachers and support staff this is a role where you could bring your experience to enhance the programmer and learning outcomes for the current and future learners/tamariki.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience (5+ years) in a leadership role in ECE including staff management and development responsibility
Experience setting and managing budget requirements of an early childhood centre
Knowledge of legislation and education relating to the running of an early learning centre, and a willingness to maintain sector knowledge and professional development
Effective planning and organisational skills
Ability to address challenges in a positive and proactive and constructive manner.
