A community organisation that has provided support to disabled people and their families for over 75 years. Our purpose is to strengthen communities and provide support so people with disabilities are included in the life of their family / whānau and their community. 

This is a part-time position for 30 hours per week based in the Auckland region at our Royal Oak office. The work involves supporting children and their whānau / families to get early information, resources and support so that children with disabilities get the best start in life. We believe in inclusive education for children and young people to attend their EC centre and schools of their choice. The focus is on the child in the context of their family / whānau and their community.

The minimum qualification for this position is a BEd/Dip Tch (ECE) or a recognised equivalent. A Diploma of Early Intervention is also preferred. A minimum of at least 3 years' teaching experience and you must hold a full teacher’s registration.
