Toitoi: A Journal for Young Writers and Artists has just published its 17th issue. With over 100 pages of incredible writing and art by young New Zealanders aged 5–13, Toitoi is a fantastic resource for the classroom.

Innovative Young Minds (IYM) is 2, week-long STEM programmes for female students in Y11–12. There are 40 places available in each week.
Held in Wellington in the first and second week of the July school holidays, students from all around New Zealand can apply to attend.
The programme introduces young women to the wide variety of STEM opportunities through visits to businesses, tertiary institutes and Crown Research Institutes. They hear from women in the STEM sector, learn to network, visit Parliament and complete an innovation challenge.
