A recognised ACET will receive an ongoing $5,000 allowance per annum paid fortnightly, in addition to their salary.
You can submit an Expression of Interest to be considered for ACET recognition at the TeachNZ website www.teachnz.govt.nz/professional-development/advanced-classroom-expertise-teacher-recognition where you will also find the full eligibility criteria and tips on the application process.
