Many teacher roles involve mentoring colleagues and/or students, so this course is designed to provide an accessible way for teachers to learn the skills and capabilities they need to be effective mentors.
This course will look at reframing the way we think about 'mistakes' and how we can support all children to learn from these and change the neurological pathways for each individual child. It looks at strategies that will support children's growing brains and reframe the way we look at behaviour patterns.
Relate, Rupture, Repair - Reframe Behaviour Management covers neuroscience, child development and attachment theories and focuses on what support we can give our children to teach them to navigate a world that is constantly changing, growing and establishing new ways to discover just how amazing 'human connection' is.
