Help for the Tough Times is a pocket guide to four websites (The Lowdown, Sparx, Common Ground, and Youthline) especially developed to help 12- to 19-year olds when they are feeling stressed, anxious, or out of their depth. The New Zealand websites described in the guide are all free, developed by experts in youth mental health, and are supported by the NZ Government.
