Create a toolkit of mindfulness, movement, Māori pūrākau sleep stories, and whakataukī to support you with your own wellbeing.

Mindfulness means “paying attention to what’s happening right now, without judging”. 

Blending science-based international perspectives and a local and indigenous worldview, weekly bilingual mindfulness meditation practices will help you navigate big emotions with awareness. 

By the end of this programme you will be able to:

  • Use a number of bilingual mindfulness based practices to help you be present without judging what is going on
  • Describe the effects these practices have on you
  • Share some mindfulness meditation practices with your ākonga and whānau.
