Increasingly, kindness has become a buzz word in early childhood education. But how do we create a culture of kindness in our early childhood settings?
Specifically, kindness that is enduring and sustains relationships, resilience, and life-long learning as tamariki grow and leave our settings.
Join Rachel Winslow as she shares the findings of her research which explores tamariki perceptions of kindness and what this means for kaiako.
This workshop offers you practical tips and considerations so you can begin to develop an intentional approach to kindness in your early childhood setting.
