This highly-evaluated  training equips you with the knowledge, practices, lesson plans and resources to train your students to emotionally self-regulate as well as increase attention, engagement and cultivate values. The evidence- based research into self-regulation practices confirms that as little as 10 minutes a day of attention training, breathing (to reconnect with the body's self-calming para-sympathetic nervous system), listening and body awareness leads to many great life-long outcomes. This also provides you, the teacher,  self-calming  strategies in the midst of the high-pressure job of teaching.
