This online course will provide you with practical ideas for engaging your learners in a digital environment whether you are kanohi ki te kanohi (face to face) or engaged in distance learning.  You will learn to use digital platforms more effectively to communicate with students and their whānau and to create and share activities.  Learn how to use digital platforms to give learners increased control over their own learning. You will gain confidence using a range of interactive learning tools which will add an extra dimension to your teaching both online and in the classroom. Whether you want to learn how to use tools like Seesaw and Google Classroom more effectively or want to start using them, this course has something for you.

This course of 3 one hour webinars runs after school for 3 weeks in term 1. You will also be provided with access to exclusive website content to explore at your own pace. This course is best suited for teachers of Y0–8 learners.
