This workshop will workshop introduce and expand your understandings of the highly effective and evidence based ‘Whare Tapa Rima – Five Sided (WTR-FSH) Support Model’.

WTR-FSH has been researched in 2 Ako Aotearoa supported Best Practice Research Projects and both demonstrated the cultural responsiveness and extraordinary effectiveness of the model in practice.

Learn how to assess and measurably improve the health and wellbeing of students and staff and other associated outcomes. Assess your own holistic health and wellbeing during the workshop.

Also examined during the day will be how this model can support you and your school to address new Pastoral Care Code requirements.

This workshop is suitable for those experienced and new to pastoral care provision.
