This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers and support staff.

Date: Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 February

Time: 3.30pm– 4.30pm each day

Our full training programme is made up of two 60-minute modules and meets twice online. 

Module 1. Understanding child abuse
• What is child abuse?
• How might we recognise child abuse?
• What are the signs or indicators we should be looking for?

Module 2. Responding to child abuse concerns
• How to respond if we have a concern or there is a disclosure
• Guidelines for documenting and reporting concerns
• How the law guides and protects us.

Qualification. To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 8 or 9 multi choice questions.
