Kohia Centre provides provisionally certificated teachers programmes that responds to need; mentor facilitators and participants identify the professional learning required and Kohia engages specialist facilitation. The programme engages with Our Codes Our Standards to support inquiry that aligns with practice in schools and models of reflection will be shared. Participants will be supported to identify and maintain naturally occurring evidence that demonstrates Standards for the Teaching Profession are being met. Teachers will be encouraged to align the above with existing professional growth cycles used in their schools to ensure that they are prepared when applying for full registration.
