The designated person or child protection lead has a responsibility at both a strategic level within the organisation and on a day to day basis. 

This course will provide the essential knowledge for this role including the safeguarding needs within play, active recreation and sport organisations along with a more advanced understanding of child protection responses within this sector. This course will give a greater understanding of the responsibilities attached to your lead role. 

The webinar includes the use of breakout rooms to work in groups and navigate play, active recreation and sport scenarios.
