Technology Provider Change for Schools

Change of technology applications need to be submitted before 27 August 2021 for the 2022 schooling year.

Note: We can only process the change request once the existing provider has signed the form. Each client school must have:

  • An approved technology provider.
  • Submitted a Technology Memorandum of Understanding completed by both the client and provider boards, prior to the staffing being allocated to the provider school.
