Leading Wellbeing in Schools (Beyond the Talk)
About this online event
Schools have increasingly identified the wellbeing of their students and staff as a key need. We have all attended meetings and read reports regarding the urgent need to address wellbeing and few would disagree with this growing concern.
It is one thing identifying a need but another to be able to lead and monitor progress and effectiveness. How do your school systems and environment promote wellbeing for teachers and students? Do you know the impact of strategies you have put into place?
This workshop is aimed at school leaders and aims to provide a forum where stories can be shared around how we monitor and check the effectiveness of wellbeing programmes in our schools.
With your facilitators Steve Saville and Rebecca Thomas, we will work through some simple tools that schools can adapt or adopt to quickly monitor progress being made regarding wellbeing in their schools.
This workshop aims at providing an easy to use resource that schools can use to drive wellbeing on their terms and in a way that meets their needs.
