INVOLVE 2021 Reunion – Our Waka, New Seas
You are invited...
Want to build your relationships with rangatahi at your school?
Looking for approaches to the holistic wellbeing of young people?
Keen to improve the ways your team structures youth voice and participation?
INVOLVE is the national youth health and development conference in Aotearoa.
It is a 3-day conference jam-packed full of keynotes, presentations, crowd-sourcing sessions, and connection-building. Our vision is to see all young people in Aotearoa thrive – and we know that great support people in schools are key to seeing this vision realised.
Gain vital professional development alongside others from all areas of the youth sector: mentoring, government, youth justice, youth health, sports and rec, researchers, outdoor education and others! INVOLVE holds space for us all to learn together rather than in silos, because we know that combined approaches mean better outcomes for our young people.
The theme for INVOLVE 2021 is Our Waka, New Seas – with what’s in our waka, together we navigate new seas. The theme for INVOLVE 2021 focuses on the changes we see approaching the youth sector and for the taiohi of Aotearoa. It also looks at the skills, tools, wisdom and connections we have for meeting these changes – including the histories that inform us.
We are excited to be in this waka with you!
