Expert Panel Applications– Advanced Classroom Expertise Teacher
Each year an expert group of principals and education leaders meet to determine who should be recognised as an Advanced Classroom Expertise Teacher (ACET).
We’re looking for new leaders to join and add their expertise to this evaluation panel.
The ACET Evaluation Panel is chaired by Dr Mary Simpson and sits for 2 weeks in Wellington.
Panellists gain great leadership experiences and knowledge. The Ministry of Education reimburse a panellist’s school and cover their travel, accommodation and any reasonable expenses.
If you can be available full-time between 20 September and 1 October and you have:
- Extensive leadership (management) experience and high standing in the primary education sector
- Extensive and current pedagogical knowledge and/or practice
- Postgraduate qualification(s) in an aspect of pedagogy
- Ability to critically analyse and assess information.
