Time: 3.30–5pm
Location: Ashburton Borough School
Kaiako will come away with:
- An understanding of the research behind assessment for learning (AfL)
- Examples of AfL in action
- Strategies to get started with AfL in your school.
Who is this event for?
This session is suitable for Y1–13 kaiako and senior leaders who are interested in learning new strategies for Assessment for Learning.
Why is this event free?
This is a free event to support kaiako in the area.
Here at impactED we are activists against boring PLD, plus we know kaiako work hard and deserve the best PLD possible so they can then give the best to their ākonga.
We are passionate about education, and believe in sharing our mahi with as many kaiako and ākonga as possible. To make this happen we collaborate with other amazing PLD facilitators and are granted funding by respective organisations.
Delicious Kai and refreshments will be available.
Te Ao Māori values will be upheld through out the hui.
Delivered in English Medium, inclusive to all.
