The Outdoor Classroom as an Educational Tool Networking Workshop

Would you like to provide behavioural and emotional support through meaningful, purposeful and creative small groupwork and class circletime?
Utilising an arts and play approach, with small group facilitation or whole class circletime, you can support students mental health and well-being as they problem solve together, practise interpersonal skills, strengthen resilience and improve behaviour.
This course will enable participants in schools and children’s service settings to know how to:
Who would benefit: Teachers, teacher aides, SENCOs, Health and well-being leaders, RTLBs, SWiSs, school counsellors, pastoral care, youth workers. Whilst the main focus is early intervention for primary/intermediate school settings the course material can be adapted for use with secondary aged students.
This course is ideal for adults with responsibility to ensure the best of emotional and behavioural support for children in their care, and who wish to promote positive health and well-being.
Course provision includes: Tuition, handouts, including forms for referral and evaluation processes, materials for group activities, Certificate of attendance, refreshments and a door prize! (Lunch not included.)
