Looking to try something new for your curriculum during 2021?

Have a go at telling local stories through Game Design. 

What are the Rubber Duck Awards?

The Rubber Duck Awards are designed for Senior Leaders or kaiako who would like to try something new in their curriculum during 2021.

It is a competition for kaiako, training teachers, teachers on leave, relievers, ākonga, tamariki,and rangatahi of Canterbury to share local stories through game design.

Event details

Date: Friday, 19 February
Time: After School
Venue: Online

This is an online event, so grab a cuppa and watch with other staff members or in the comfort of your office or home. 

At the online launch you will,

  • Gain an understanding of how to bring stories to life with Digital Technologies
  • Get a head start at the look of the Rubber Duck competition
  • Build more confidence to try new things across the curriculum
