This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers, and support staff.

Date: Friday 12 March

Time: 9.30am–10.30am

Cost: $25+GST per person

(Module 2–3: Friday 19 March 9.30–11.30am)

Our training programme is made up of one 60-minute module and meets online.


Module 1. Understanding ADHD – an introduction or refresher course

  • What is ADHD?
  • How do we recognise the characteristics of ADHD?
  • How do the effects of ADHD impact the child?
  • Medication: what are the pros and cons?
  • How can we tailor our environment to help prevent frustration and build up?

Interactive. This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will get answered while you are watching.  

Qualification. To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 5 or 6 multi choice questions.

Can't make this live online training. Our live online training will be recorded and can be purchased as a listen On-Demand option for you to view at a time convenient for you.
