Live Online Course – Safe Food Handler & Food Control Plan Training for Staff
This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers, and support staff.
Date: Thursday 11 March
Time: 10am–12pm
Cost: $50 +GST per person
Our full training programme is made up of two 60-minute modules and meets online once.
Module 1: Essentials of Food Safety
- What is food safety?
- What are your responsibilities (legal & ethical)?
- The 'KEYS' to safe food
Module 2: Managing Food Safety
- Dealing with things when they go wrong
- Legal aspects of food safety
- Food control plans
- Verification's and self-review
- Documentation and record keeping.

Qualification. To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 7 or 8 multi choice questions.
