This program has been developed based on current research in leadership and professional development and consists of four modules, each 90-minutes in duration and  delivered online, in an interactive webinar format.

Module 1: The Emotionally Intelligent and Resilient Leader: Building Relationships and Driving Success

Module 3: How Leadership Influences Student Learning

In this workshop, you will learn the school and classroom conditions that have a significant impact on student learning and how they are influenced by leadership practices.

Module 4: Student Well-being and Equity

In this workshop, we will explore a framework for culturally responsive leadership practices and how to successfully implement these practices. We will also focus on ways to optimise opportunities to put these practices into play, including strategies to enhance cultural understanding, decrease conflict and increase productivity and effectiveness.
