Day 3 of Governance and Management Series.
This workshop looks at what managers, directors and governance groups need to do when working with their staff.
We will discuss working with change and explore what respectful relationships look, feel and sound like. We will build an understanding of adult behaviours that are not ok and look at different ways in which to communicate including communicating challenges. The day will finish off by looking at how to establish ground rules and the art of giving and receiving feedback.
Learning resources and templates will be included in this workshop for all attendees.
