This workshop looks at what managers, directors and governance groups need to understand about business and education legislation in Aotearoa/ New Zealand.
We will explore the funding handbook and discuss operation manuals. You will learn how to write policies and procedures and understand what to expect from accountants and auditors. You will look at annual budgets and how to design a salary package.
Learning resources and templates will be included in this workshop for all attendees.
