This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers, and support staff.
Date: Friday 5 March
Time: 10am–12pm
Cost: $50 +GST per person
Our full training programme is made up of two 60-minute modules and meets two times.
Module 1. Understanding Child Abuse
- What is Child Abuse?
- How might we recognise Child Abuse?
- What are the signs or indicators we should be looking for?
Module 2. Responding to Child Abuse Concerns
- How to respond if we have a concern or there's a disclosure
- Guidelines for documenting and reporting concerns
- How the law guides and protects us.

Interactive. This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will get answered while you are watching.
Qualification. To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 5 or 6 multi choice questions.
