Working in a cohesive team can work wonders for team well-being, contribution, and sense of centre-wide community. This full day course is intended for kaiako and leaders who want to learn new strategies to strengthen team cohesion and unity. We will explore areas such as the importance of collaboration, and how you can guide your team towards a similar trajectory and sense of purpose. Topics we will cover:

  • New team members and induction
  • Building relationships
  • Professionalism vs. Personalism
  • Holding one another accountable
  • Mindful language use
  • Team building
  • Decision making
  • Dreaming big together: team vision and striving for more

“Teamwork makes the dream work,” so please come prepared to share ideas and insights as we collectively explore just how we can instil more unity and cohesion among our teams.

This event runs from 10am to 4pm.

Cost: $195 per person (includes a light lunch & morning tea).

Location: Highbrook Conference Suites, Ground Floor, Quest Building, 60 Highbrook Drive, East Tamaki 2013.
