This Safe for Children live online course is ideal for school leaders, teachers, and support staff.
Duration: 2 hours (please note this course covers 2 modules and meets 2 times)
Date: Thursday 3 December and Fri 4 December
Time: 10am–12pm
Cost: $50 + GST per person
Topics covered:
- What is child abuse?
- How do we recognise child abuse?
- What are the signs or indicators we should be looking for?
- How do we respond if we have a concern or there is a disclosure
- How to document and report concerns
- How the law guides and protects us.
This course is interactive and engages participants. You will be able to ask questions and they will get answered while you are watching.
To gain your relevant certificate of training you will be invited to complete 4 or 5 multi choice questions.
