Sometimes we are stopped in our tracks by comments and questions made by colleagues. For example, why particular learners are struggling, or why they do not see the need to change their culturally responsive practice. Often these statements are one-liners and it's important to be equipped to respond – not with another one-liner, but with a framework to plan another conversation.
By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:
- identify when you need to have a critical conversation
- use tools and frameworks to help unpack intentions, assumptions and beliefs about teaching and learning with colleagues
- apply the frameworks to a critical conversation.
