There will be a practical element to this seminar, where participants will explore a mentoring/coaching framework which they can use when supporting the growth of others.

By the end of this seminar, you will be able to:

Understand key elements of courageous conversations
Enact strategies to navigate a variety of contexts
Use models and frameworks for having courageous conversations.
