The role of a mentor teacher.
Are you supporting a new teacher to our profession in 2021? This series of online workshops will support you with what you need to know, do and be in your role as a mentor teacher. You will become more familiar with the resources from the Teaching Council and learn what is involved with creating a high quality mentoring program. This will include how to engage teachers in important conversations while providing effective feedback that makes a real difference towards personal and professional growth.
