Online – Tabitha Leonard – The role of the leader in building learning cultures within an organisation

Based on the model of culture created by Edgar Schein, participants will focus on how to develop visibility and clarity of the many micro-learning cultures in their school. Discussion will support an understanding of the alchemy of a learning culture; what learning culture is, who owns it, who really leads it?

The learning culture and individual learning cultures of an organisation in regard to

values, behaviours and subconscious assumptions will be explored.

Participants will be guided on how to use this information to design and target specific actions to leverage improved outcomes for both teachers and students.
