This Future Ready Leadership program is designed for existing or emerging leaders and provides theory, practical exercises and interactive team building.

Participants in the program will develop and consolidate a variety of leadership competencies with an emphasis on research proven behaviours that successful leaders and organizations demonstrate.

This program has been developed based on current research in leadership and professional development and consists of four modules, each 90-minutes in duration and delivered online, in an interactive webinar format.
