Strengthening your Personal Resilience and maintaining your Wellbeing is essential to ensure that you are functioning at your best in the classroom and with your colleagues. 

Teachers and teachers aides are often focused on putting the needs of others before their own. I have taught for over 25 years and understand the need to be resilient to ensure you are operating at your best, so that you can support others.  

This interactive Zoom workshop explores several resilience models and how you can apply them to your current working situation. 

Come away from the workshop with practical ideas you can implement to grow and strengthen your resilience, as well as, tips and tools to support and maintain your wellbeing. 

Monday 24 August – 3.45–5.15pm


Friday 28 August – 12.30–2pm. 

This workshop is ideal for individuals or for a team meeting so if the dates published do not suit please contact me to arrange an alternative time. 

$50 per person.
